Live demo

Have a look around first

One click opens a complete, working FlatHours account. No form, no email address, no card. It is the real application, not a video or a click-through, with a small design studio's actual week of work already in it.

Nothing to fill in Resets every hour

You will be signed in as

Dana Reyes, who owns Northsight Studio: a two-person design studio with three clients, four projects on the go, and one AI agent doing some of the work. Northsight does not exist. Neither do its clients, its invoices, or Dana.

Six things worth trying

Each of these opens the demo on the screen it describes, so you can go straight to the part you care about rather than hunting for it.

  1. On the tracker

    Watch the money go up

A timer is already running on a Brand System task. Next to the clock is what that time is worth, at that project's rate, in that client's currency, counting up in real time. It is a small thing that changes how tracking feels: you are watching a number climb rather than filling in a form.

    Open the tracker
  2. On the week view

Type a duration however you like

Put 1:30, 1.5, 90m or 1h30m into any cell. They all mean the same thing and all of them are accepted, because arguing with someone about how to type ninety minutes is not a feature.

    Open the week
  3. On invoices

    Three invoices, three states

One paid, one a fortnight overdue, one still a draft. Open any of them to see the client-facing view, and try New invoice to watch tracked time turn into billable lines: that conversion is the whole product, and it is the step most timers leave you to do by hand.

    Open invoices
  4. On reports

    What the AI actually earned

Northsight has an agent doing billable work. This report shows what it billed against what its tokens cost, per client. Plenty of tools will now tell you what AI cost you. This is the one that tells you whether it paid for itself, which is the question worth asking.

    Open the margin report
  5. Anywhere there is a picker

Type something that does not exist yet

Start typing a project or client name that is not in the list and you will be offered to create it right there, without leaving the form. Nobody abandons a timer because the project is missing.

    Open projects
  6. In settings

Take the whole account with you

One button, no support ticket, no notice period: every client, project, time entry, invoice and payment as CSV in a zip, with a README explaining the format so a competitor could import it. It is on every plan including Free, and pressing it in the demo downloads a real file.

What is switched off, and why

Three things, all for the same reason: an account anyone can walk into must not be able to reach the outside world. Everything else is the product exactly as a paying customer has it.

No email is sent

You can create an invoice and press send. Nothing leaves the building. A door left open for everyone cannot also be one that emails strangers.

No card payments

Taking payment means connecting a real Stripe account, and that is not ours to connect on a visitor's behalf. The invoice and its payment page are all there to look at.

The plan cannot change

Billing is the one screen that spends money, so it is closed. The demo is on the Team plan, so nothing else in it is greyed out.

Everything else is fair game. Delete a client, rename a project, stop the timer, build an invoice from scratch. The account rebuilds itself every hour, and there is a Reset the data button in the banner if you would rather not wait for the hour.

Go and have a look

It opens in this tab, signed in, with the clock already running. When you have seen enough, the banner at the top has a way to start your own account.
