What a bill is actually made of
Public list prices as of July 2026. Harvest also charges usage fees for invoices, projects, clients and tasks whose per-unit rates are not published, so its real total cannot be stated here.

The fine print, in plain words
Will the price go up later?
If we ever change list prices, existing subscriptions keep the price they signed up at for at least twelve months, and we will email before anything changes. The reason this company exists is a renewal email nobody expected.
What happens if I stop paying?
You drop to the free plan. Your data stays, your invoices stay, and the one-click export of your whole account works on the free plan too. Nothing is held hostage.
Do you take a cut of my invoices?
No. You connect your own Stripe account and your clients pay you directly. We never touch the money, so there is nothing for us to take a percentage of.
Is the free plan a trial?
No, it is a plan. One seat, unlimited projects, clients, time tracking and invoices, for as long as you like. Online payments, recurring invoices, accounting exports (Xero and QuickBooks) and the API are Solo and Team features. Exporting your own data is on every plan, including this one.
